1. Introduction

Welcome to Mera Bharat Bazaar (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”).
By accessing our website/app, creating an account, purchasing products, or becoming a seller, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Definitions

“Platform” refers to the Mera Bharat Bazaar website & Android app.
“User”, “You”, “Buyer” refers to anyone using the platform to browse or purchase products.
“Seller/Artisan/Vendor” refers to individuals or entities listing and selling products on our platform.
“Products” includes all goods listed on the platform (Adivasi Gudia, traditional dresses, accessories, etc.).
“Order” means a confirmed purchase made by a buyer.

3. Eligibility

To use this platform, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Provide accurate information during registration

  • Not use the platform for illegal activities

Minors (below 18) may use the platform only under parental supervision.

4. Account Registration

When creating an account:

  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account

  • You are responsible for all activities under your account

We may terminate or suspend your account for violations.

5. Marketplace Nature (Multivendor Platform)

Mera Bharat Bazaar is an intermediary marketplace.

  • Products are listed and sold by independent sellers

  • We do not manufacture, own, or directly sell most items

  • We act as a connecting platform between buyers and sellers

  • Seller is solely responsible for product quality, authenticity, and legal compliance

However, we assist with dispute resolution wherever possible.

6. Product Listings & Accuracy

We strive to ensure accurate information, but:

  • Product descriptions are provided by sellers

  • Colors and images may vary due to lighting or screen settings

  • We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of listings

Buyers are encouraged to contact support for clarifications before purchase.

7. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices listed are final and inclusive of applicable taxes (GST if applicable).

  • Payment must be made through approved payment gateways.

  • Orders may be canceled if payment fails or is flagged for fraud.

We do not store full card or UPI details.

8. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

Order Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation message/email once your order is placed.

Order Cancellation

Your order may be canceled if:

  • Product is out of stock

  • Payment issues occur

  • Seller fails to fulfill the order

  • There is a suspected fraudulent transaction

You may also cancel your order before dispatch, depending on seller policy.

9. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times vary based on seller location, product availability, and courier partners.

  • Tracking information will be provided when available.

  • Delays may occur due to festivals, strikes, weather, or other unavoidable circumstances.

Loss, damage, or delays caused by courier services are handled through the courier company’s policies.

10. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Returns or refunds are allowed only under these conditions:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Damaged/defective product

  • Product not matching description

Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery, with proof (images/videos).

Products such as handmade items, custom-made products, tribal dolls, and traditional dresses may have limitations due to artisan-level uniqueness.

Final approval for refund or replacement is subject to seller verification.

11. Seller Terms (For Vendors/Artisans)

Sellers agree to:

  • Provide accurate product information

  • Ensure authenticity and craftsmanship

  • Deliver orders on time

  • Follow Indian tax and business laws

  • Not list illegal or prohibited items

  • Maintain proper inventory management

Failure may result in account suspension or termination.

12. Commission & Payments for Sellers

  • Mera Bharat Bazaar may charge a commission for each sale

  • Settlements are processed after successful delivery

  • Sellers must provide valid bank details

  • Taxes (GST/TDS) applicable as per law will be deducted

13. Prohibited Activities

Users and sellers must not:

  • Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content

  • Duplicate or steal product designs

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform

  • Post false reviews

  • Conduct fraud or unauthorized transactions

Violation may lead to permanent ban and legal action.

14. Intellectual Property Rights

All content including:

  • Images

  • Text

  • Logos

  • Graphics

  • Website/app design

  • Branding

are the property of Mera Bharat Bazaar or respective sellers/artisans.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute without permission.

15. Limitation of Liability

Mera Bharat Bazaar is not liable for:

  • Product quality issues (seller responsibility)

  • Delayed deliveries by courier partners

  • Misuse of product by buyer

  • Losses arising from user mistakes

  • Service interruptions due to technical issues

  • Third-party actions

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the order.

16. Third-Party Services

We use third-party providers for:

  • Payments

  • Logistics

  • Analytics

  • Notifications

  • SMS/Email services

Their terms apply when using such services.

17. App Usage Terms (Google Play Conditions)

By using the mobile app, you agree that:

  • App requires certain permissions for functionality

  • Google Play’s Terms of Service also apply

  • You will not reverse engineer or modify the app

  • App updates may be automatically installed

18. Account Deletion (Required by Google Play)

20. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Madhya Pradesh (Jurisdiction: Alirajpur/Indore).

21. Modifications to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms anytime.
Continued use of our platform means acceptance of updated terms.
