The following data is anonymized, not deleted:

The following data is retained ONLY where required by law:

✔ Tax invoices
✔ Payment records
✔ Shipping/fulfillment records
✔ Seller payouts (if you are a vendor)
✔ GST/TDS-related documents

Retention is as per legal requirements under Indian tax laws (generally 3–7 years).

3. How to Request Account & Data Deletion

You may request deletion through any of the following:

Option 1 – Email Request (Recommended)

  • Your registered mobile number

  • Your registered email ID

Option 2 – In-App Account Deletion (If Available in Future Updates)

You may use the “Delete Account” option in the app (when released in future versions).
Follow the steps on-screen to submit your request.

Option 3 – Website Form (Optional)

If a deletion form is added on the website, you may fill the form with required details.

4. Processing Timeline

After receiving your request:

  • Verification: 24–48 hours

  • Data Deletion Completion: 3–7 business days

  • Confirmation Email/SMS: Sent after deletion

If additional verification is required, our team will contact you.

5. Deletion for Sellers/Vendors

If you are a registered seller/vendor:

Additional data may be temporarily retained for:

  • Pending payments

  • Order disputes

  • Tax compliance

  • Settlement cycles

You must clear all pending transactions before final deletion is processed.

6. Situations Where We Cannot Delete Data Immediately

Your account/data cannot be deleted if:

  • You have a pending order

  • A return/refund is in process

  • A seller payout or settlement is pending

  • A legal/regulatory requirement mandates retention

  • A fraud investigation is active

Once resolved, deletion will proceed.

7. Personal Data Stored by Third Parties

Certain data may exist in systems of:

  • Payment gateways (Razorpay, Paytm, etc.)

  • Courier companies

  • Analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Firebase)

These services manage their own data deletion as per their policies.

8. Impact of Account Deletion

Once deleted:

  • You cannot recover your account

  • You will lose all app/website history

  • You must create a new account to use our services again

  • Previously placed orders remain in anonymized form only
